Hainan province has committed to 100% electric vehicle usage on the island and ruled that by 2030 all new vehicles sold must be EVs. This includes public transportation, a move requiring a massive charging-station build-out to prepare for the transition.

The mission was set, but Haikou city lacked any charging-station infrastructure to support its future electric fleet.

Aden Energies is now working with Haikou city to build out EV charging stations line-by-line, helping them achieve their goal of a 100% electric bus fleet. We’ve already constructed two charging hubs, each servicing their routes with 30 x 10-meter long fast-charging stations, so buses can stay charged throughout the day without interruptions to service.
