West Wisdom Valley occupies 700,000 m2 in Chengdu’s Wuhou Gaoxin High Tech Park and requires large amounts of energy to power and cool their facilities. They urgently needed a long-term solution that would allow them to optimize existing utilities without disrupting their clients’ business.

For this high-tech park, we brought in a suite of high-tech tools. Aden Energies is now optimizing facility-wide utility use by linking all assets to an IoT network and AI platform that automates performance and predicts maintenance needs.

Aden Energies’ technicians are supplied with AR wearables that link to the same platform, connecting them with experts elsewhere in Asia who can assist when needed. This project will significantly reduce energy spending and the site’s carbon footprint over the life of the contract and highlights the site as an exemplary model as Chengdu ramps up sustainability initiatives.
